We now manufacture our products in 3 modern plants that span well over 400,000 square feet. We cut and build our own frames with state of the art high speed digital cutting technology using only the best raw materials and vertical integration for quality assurance. Our foam fabrication plant tests all incoming foam for quality and then cuts to exact millimeter specifications. While We have never outgrown or felt the need to leave the small rural town of Star, we have grown in our size and knowledge of the furniture trade. We strive to use American materials to create American jobs.
