At Harding’s Furniture & Mattress we offer multiple furniture and upholstery warranty options for your purchases. You can even get a discount by purchasing multiple items at once! All warranties are through Customer Care Services and you can choose the warranty that fits your needs!

5 YEAR: Premium Fabric Protection Plan

This fabric protection plan covers up to 4 pieces of upholstered furniture with a 5 year coverage on incidentals listed below:

  1. Food or beverage stain
  2. Human and pet bodily fluid
  3. Mold and mildew
  4. Puncture, cut, tear or rip from a specific incident
  5. Cigarette burn from a specific incident

5 YEAR: VIP Pet Protection Plan

Covers up to $20,000 worth of furniture and includes power furniture, wood and leather. Also includes coverage on frames, springs, and damage caused by pets!

This protection plan covers:

Fabric Upholstered Furniture:

  1. Food or beverage stain
  2. Human and pet bodily fluids
  3. Mold and mildew
  4. Puncture, cut, tear, or rip from a specific incident
  5. Cigarette burn from a specific incident
  6. Power components (up to four motors)
  7. Pet damage

Leather Furniture:

  1. Food or beverage stain
  2. Human and pet bodily fluids
  3. Mold and mildew
  4. Puncture, cut, tear, or rip from a specific incident
  5. Cigarette burn from a specific incident
  6. Stain from blue jean dye transfer
  7. Stain from ball point ink
  8. Stain from newspaper print transfer
  9. Power components (up to four motors)
  10. Pet damage

Wood Furniture:

  1. Stains from food
  2. Water rings caused by beverages
  3. Scratch, gouge or chip from a specific incident
  4. Heat mark from s cigarette or hot dinner plate
  5. Warping, lifting or bubbling of veneers from foods and beverages
  6. Chip, scratch or breakage of glass or mirrors
  7. Loss of silvering on mirrors
  8. Failure of internal electrical components in wall units or cabinets
  9. Pet damage

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY DELIVERY?

  • Have an adult, 18 years of age or older, be present to accept any delivery.
  • Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit in your home.
  • Clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed.

All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase the delivery date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.

During your delivery: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, contact our customer service department prior to the delivery installers leaving your home.

You also have the option to pick up your furniture purchase at our local warehouse, free of charge. You will have the option to select delivery or pick-up at checkout.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY FURNITURE PURCHASE?

Preparing for pickup:

  • Call our warehouse manager to confirm that your furniture is ready for pick up.
  • Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit in your home.
  • Make sure your vehicle is large enough to safely transport your new furniture.
  • Pack rope and blankets to properly secure your new furniture and ensure its safe ride home. Keep in mind that we cannot assist in the securing of your product.

All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase the pick up date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.

While you’re picking up: Please inspect all of your new furniture at the time of pick-up. If there are any items that do not meet your approval please inform the team member assisting you.
